As a producer with no creative boundaries, KV Bangerz has put together a blend of Hip-hop, Trap, Afro-Pop, some Reggae/Dancehall Vibes, and a bit of Calypso for the purpose of this tape. With 30 songs representing the vibe of different African Nations, the tape is the first of many volumes to be released. Some of the most prolific musicians in Africa scored a feature on the Afro Feast Tape Volume 1.

How did artists get recruited for the 1Africa Mixtape?
Social Media continues to be a blessing to all industries. For a project like this, KV Bangerz and his team spent a lot of time combing multiple platforms, groups, and pages just to find the best for the project. After finding suitable talents, the team reached out to the artiste to establish an agreement to be on the tape. For many of the artists, this initiative is another opportunity to expand their fan base, as well as establish new relationships in unfamiliar markets.
With the above as hindsight, it’s worth mentioning KV Bangerz as a gem with a purpose to facilitate the growth of others.
Who Is KV Bangerz?
Kelise Kwesi Oduro, has been holding the fort for young producers in Ghana for a while. Popularly known by his stage name, KV Bangerz, he’s gone from rapping & producing in obscurity to having Grammy-Considered” productions. For an artiste or producer to dare go close to the Grammys, the person must definitely possess the qualities that makes them a suzerain of a sort. More so, achieving this in just after 7years for a young Ghanaian is a major career booster.
As a producer, KV Bangerz is influenced by Drumma Boy Fresh and DJ Khalid. When it comes to rap, his influences come from Tory Lanez & Quata Budukusu. In a recent interview with atigsi.com, the amazing producer said a collaboration with Tory Lanez would be his dream come through.
Growing up, KV Bangerz was constantly bombarded with music from his Dad, this created a love for the art. In due time, his interest peaked and he ventured into music as a rapper. Along the line, he realized that creating a unique sound would compliment his work and build the careers of other artists. In his own words he had this to say;
“As a performing artist, I’m able to address and also express my thoughts and feelings to my audience…As a producer I’m able to make and create new sounds that are unique to myself, and I’m also able to help build the careers of other artistes”

He’s worked with several artistes. Notable amongst them include Macini from Jamaica, Cass from Nigeria, Quata Budukusu, Ras Kuuku, Iwan, Lyrical Joe, Gemini, Jahlead, and Yaa Pono, all from Ghana.
Quata Buduku’s first Grammy Considered Album Quantum Riddim was also produced by KV Bangers. Subsequently, he earned two more Grammy Considerations with some other productions. He’s also the producer behind Quata’s jab aimed at Sarkodie, Death to Sark.
Despite being a Hiphop/Trap aficionado, KV Bangerz dabbles in other genres that compliment the musical tastes of all and sundry. All songs on the tape were produced, mixed & mastered by KV Bangerz.
