People in Sadio Mane’s village, gathered together to show him love as they watched him win 2019 CAF fooballer of the year

According to information i picked up on the official page of African Fact Zone on Twitter, the people of Liverpool’s winger, Sadio Mane’s village in Senegal gathered around a giant TV screen to cheer their hero, role model and icon to victory as he won CAF African footballer of the year award.

People in Sadio Mane's village, Bambaly in Senegal watching him win the 2019 CAF African Footballer of the Year award. He built a school in his village worth €270,000, a hospital & a stadium for his people.

But this is what the Senegal Government should be doing.

It should not be upto one man and yes he is not alone but still.

• The govt cannot do it all, he is showing a good examples, others should follow suit
