Ghanaian actress and entrepreneur, Helen Asante, has been signed and unveiled as a brand ambassador by Antarte, a Portuguese furniture manufacturer.
The ‘Adams Apple’ star signed a one-year ambassadorial deal with Antarte Furniture on Friday, December 17, 2021 at Antarte Furniture Showroom in Spintex, Accra. Ms Helen will feature in campaigns across digital, TV, in-store and print. Her first campaign visuals for the brand will soon hit on your screens.
Ms Helen in her speech said that she is inspired and happy to associate with Antarte and ready to push and sell the brand Antarte well. She added that being an ambassador for a brand or company means, you are serving as a marketer, so she will do anything possible to give a good name for the company and the title she holds as their ambassador.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Antarte, Mr. Jeronimo Rosamonte in a statement said his outfit has engaged the actress to become their brand ambassador after considering her acting prowess, influence and works in the community to be ideal with their operations and will help sell the brand Antarte well.
According to him, he was also star-struck to see Ms Helen in his showroom the first time and confessed she’s been his favourite actress in Ghana.

Ms Helen remains one of Ghana’s talented actresses. She has a career spanning over a decade and still counting despite being off for a while now.
Who’s Helen Asante
Born 1987, into a family of six, she hails from Kyebi or Kibi in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
Helen Asante is no doubt one of Ghana’s movie talents with great potentials. Her infectious personality can be compared to none, though many likened her to American actress Morgan Good.
She started her education from Snap Nursery school at Asylum Down in Accra, then to Sunset Preparatory School before continuing at Wesley Grammar High School and the Adonai Institute of Radio and TV presentation where she took a six-month course in 2005.
She subsequently enrolled at the Zenith College where she graduated with a certificate in Tourism and Hospitality Management. She’s currently pursuing BSc in Project Management at GIMPA.
Helen as a creative person, always surround herself with innovative and positive spirited people. She is very detailed-oriented and produced great results for companies or brands.
Helen’s dynamic and hardworking nature coupled with her love for movies ended her a career in Ghana’s reviving movie industry.
She first had a stint with the industry in 2004 after Senior High School. Her first role was a palace maiden in Venus Film’s ‘Wedlock Of The Gods’. The same year she played the role in ‘Crime To Christ’ starring top actor Majid Michel. Hot shot production from Nigeria –Lagos later contracted her for TV series ‘About To Wed’, where she was featured in an episode as Rita, a University student schooling in Nigeria. Back in Ghana she was casted for ‘In The Eyes Of My Husband’ alongside Juliet Ibrahim, Van Vicker and Nadia Buari among other starred movies.
