Following the huge success of Ghana DJ Awards 2022, some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry, as well as netizens have been talking about the event touted as Africa’s biggest DJ event which took place on Saturday November 5.

 

 

In an interview with Margaret Barden during the event, 3 music Culture Daily presenter, Jay Foley said, “the experience has gone a notch higher”.

 

 

The 2022 Ghana DJ Awards stage was simply outstanding with coordinated lighting system. Great night with resonating experience. Patrons had value for their money. Well organized show from production, logistics, live transmission on Joy Prime TV, Artistes performances, awesome sponsors, media partners to final award recipients, wrote Haruna Ibrahim on Facebook.

 

 

According to acting president of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), Bessa Simons, “everything they organize is on point. They have made DJs look very attractive and we are proud to be partners to the event”.

 

 

On Twitter, Afia Mbosuo posted, “The only event that has been flawlessly organized without hitches since Global Citizen Festival is Ghana DJ Awards. Lighting – 100% Sound – 100% Coordination – 100%. TV broadcast – 100% Congrats guys. This is the way to go for events in Ghana”.

 

This year’s Ghana DJ Awards attracted top Ghanaian musicians, DJs, stakeholders in the creative arts industry as well as music fans from different parts of the world. The event staged performances by Black Sherif, Keche Global, Lekzythe Comic, Obaapa Christy, Amerado, and AK Songstress among other artistes.

 

 

During the live event broadcast on Joy Prime, actor FiifiColeman said in an interview, “I am feeling the Wakanda vibe and love the Black Carpet thing going on”.

History made again at the 10th annual anniversary of the @ghanadjawards over the weekend at the silver star tower. Congratulations to @merquryquaye and his team for this masterpiece”, wrote Shikome onTwitter.
