In his remarks, His Lordship Justice Charles Gyamfi Danquah adjourned the court to Monday, August 28, 2023. He advised the lawyer for the plaintiff to read the ruling on the case Ras Caleb Appiah-Levi brought
against the Musicians Union of Ghana, Bice Osei Kuffour, Ahuma Bosco Ocansey and Rev Dr. Thomas Yawson delivered in March 2021.
The lawyer for MUSIGA, Lawyer Nanabanyin Ackon of Marfo and Associates argued that the plaintiffs have wasted the Union’s resources and time by the manner in which they served the injunction.
