Today, Shazam continues to unveil “Shazam Fast Forward 2025,” its revamped list of yearly predictions, highlighting 10 artists to watch in Pop music. To learn more about these artists and discover each batch of daily predictions throughout the rest of the week, music fans can now explore an all-new microsite!
Starting earlier this week and continuing through Friday, Shazam will unveil 10 artists per day, broken down into broader genres spanning Dance; Latin; Alternative, Rock, and Country; Pop; and Hip-Hop and R&B. Based on Shazam’s uniquely predictive data and algorithms, and coupled with the expertise of Apple Music’s global editorial team, this incredible selection of artists represents the biggest trends in music now and in the future. Each artist featured has shown early indicators of future growth, including early and consistent momentum in Shazam activity, as well as discovery trends in more than one country.

Shazam Fast Forward 2025 — 10 Pop artists to watch
Shazam Fast Forward 2025 features 10 emerging Pop artists from 10 countries (UK, Malaysia, Nigeria, Argentina, Germany, France, South Korea, São Tomé and Príncipe and Cuba/The Philippines), across 6 sub-genres within the Pop space (Pop, Indie-Pop, Afrobeats, Pop in Spanish, French Pop, K-Pop).
Bea and her Business
The British singer first appeared on Shazam’s radar on Shazam in May 2023, starting in Austria and Norway. “Born To Be Alive” has been her breakout song on Shazam; it charted in ten countries across South East Asia, Europe and South America, including the UK and Italy, and top ten positions in both Thailand and The Philippines. Also in 2024, Bea and Her Business reached a new level of fame worldwide on Apple Music, with streams on editorial playlists growing over 500%, as her songs were programmed on A-List Pop, Pop Chill, In My Room and more.
Olivia Wald
The Argentinian singer popped up on Shazam’s radar in her home country back in December 2023. Argentina has continued to be Olivia Wald’s top country for Shazam volume, with significant volume also coming out of Mexico and Spain. “en la cara” is her top song on Shazam, and the remix version with Rusherking helped drive a new peak in Shazam activity for Olivia in early November 2024.
Chloe Qisha
The Malaysian Indie-Pop singer first gained traction on Shazam in July 2024 in her home country. A month after she released her top song “I Lied, I’m Sorry” song recognitions of the track hit a peak, with most Shazam tags coming out of the UK. Her top countries for Shazam activity are Great Britain followed by Austria and Germany.
Morravey
The Nigerian Afrobeats singer first started to bubble on Shazam in March 2023, starting in Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana, Benin as well as her home country of Nigeria. She made her Nigerian Shazam chart debut in November 2023 alongside Davido with their track “MAGICIAN.” Following its release, Morravey’s top song on Shazam, “Ifineme” debuted on the global Shazam chart in October 2024. The song has also charted nationally across the African continent in Cameroon, Ghana, Zambia, and her home country of Nigeria – reaching No.2 on the Nigerian Shazam chart in October, spending 11 weeks on the chart.
Berq
The German Pop singer first appeared on Shazam’s radar in April 2024 in Austria. His top song on Shazam, “Rote Flaggen,” enjoyed an 11-week run on the German Shazam chart that saw Berq break into the country top 50 list. His Shazam activity peaked in March 2024, driven mainly by the hit song which continues to be an important track for him over a year after its initial release. Berq started touring in late 2024 with more shows planned in 2025.
Pierre Garnier
The French Pop singer first popped on Shazam in February 2024 starting in Switzerland. 2024 was a big year for Pierre with several of his songs breaking through on the French Shazam chart. Pierre Garnier’s debut single, “Ceux qu’on était,” earned him his first spot on the chart, quickly peaking at No.4 on the list shortly after its release. Days after the single’s release, song recognitions spiked on Shazam. The track would go on to spend nearly six months on the French chart, with its acoustic version beginning to chart simultaneously in March. Later in the year, Pierre Garnier again appeared on the French Shazam chart with “Nous on sait” reaching No. 19 and “Chaque seconde (feat. M. Pokora)” getting to No. 39. Pierre Garnier will kick off a nearly 50 stop tour in 2025.
Riza
The Filipino-Cuban Pop singer first started to bubble on Shazam in August 2023 in Guatemala. Riza made her Shazam chart debut in Spain in February 2024 with her song “Y Se Va Se Va.” Her top song on Shazam is her collaboration with Humbe, “ella brilla.” Following the song release, she saw a surge of Shazam activity, with Mexico leading the way in Shazam volume.
SIENNA SPIRO
The British pop singer first gained traction on Shazam in May 2024 in South Africa. Following the release of her song “MAYBE.”, popularity of the song and interest in SIENNA SPIRO continues to grow with the artist seeing her biggest day on Shazam in November 2024. Her top countries for Shazam activity are the U.S. followed by Great Britain and South Africa.
Suzete
The Pop in Spanish artist hailing from São Tomé and Príncipe first appeared on Shazam’s radar in December 2023 in Spain. Suzete made her Shazam chart debut in Spain in September 2024, breaking the top 100 nationally with her song “KOMBOLEWA (Remix).” Growth of the song ramped up in September, a few months after the song’s July release, particularly in Spain – the country which currently holds the spot for her top Shazam activity.
RESCENE
The South Korean K-Pop band first broke through on Shazam in March 2024 in the Philippines. Their top song on Shazam, “LOVE ATTACK” peaked at No. 25 on the Korean Shazam chart in September 2024, and has spent nearly 100 days on the chart. Simultaneously, in October, RESCENE appeared on the Korean chart again with their song “Pinball.”
