Ataya King shares rich tea culture with patrons at the Kenkey Festival 2025

The Kenkey Festival is a Ghanaian food fair that brings people from all walks of life together in celebration of one of Ghana’s rich food culture, Kenkey. The fete is organized annually in the month regarded as “The Ghana Month”,  March.

 

Ghanaian tea enthusiast Leo Lyrixs, popularly known as Ataya King, partook in the celebration collaborating with one of Ghana’s No.1 local chopbar’s, Feels94 ChopBar, accompanied with Sitso Enterprise and Quench Natural Juice under one umbrella.

 

 

The occasion commenced at 10am on Saturday, 22nd of March, 2025, happens to be the eighth (8th) edition hosted on the day. Kenkey Festival saw some Ghanaian celebrities; Jeffery Nortey, Lekzy DeComic, also, social media influencers and lots of lovely patrons grace the event.

 

Ataya King dazzled patrons with the tea culture and a breathtaking art that comes with the preparations. He engaged buyers, introducing the tea to them and as well educated “first timers” on the health benefits of the tea, called Ataya. Lots of the customers confessed enjoying the tea vibe and expressed their desire to have more and also be a part of the tea experience.

 

 

Kenkey Festival by a handful testimonies was an eye-saw encounter and glad to have been a part of. Ataya King shared his experience as well and mentioned he’s hopeful to be part of next year’s edition and beyond.
