South Africans started their title defense in an emphatic way by putting thirteen goals past Namibia with no reply.

The 11th African Hockey Nations Cup kicked off earlier today  at the Theodosia Hockey Pitch in Accra Ghana.

This year has its Women and Male editions as usual.
