Akwadaa Nyame wins TV3 Talented Kidz 2021 Edition

This season’s edition of the popular talent show for children, Talented Kidz has come to an end. The grand finale was held on 25th April 2021 at TV3’s Studio B and witnessed the crowning of Raymond Nyarko, known on the show as Akwadaa Nyame as the ultimate winner of the 2021 Talented Kidz.

Akwadaa Nyame beat competition from five other finalists to win the ultimate prize of GH¢10,000 cash and other items from the sponsors of the show. Rap Krachi was the first runner up, with Saliha de Poet and Blessing Alorvor coming up as the second and third runners up respectively.

The stage for the grand finale was opened with a rendition of Amandzeba Nat Brew’s Kpanlogo by singer Blessing Alovor. The dramatic entry by Spike Gee, who stormed the stage carried shoulder high by heavily built men, was a sneak peek to what awaited patrons on the night.

Dancer Andy Dabo won the heart of award-winning singer Becca, who generously doled out her proceeds from being a guest judge on the final day to the youngster. But after the first round, Andy Dabo and Spike Gee were evicted.

That final round saw the four finalists battle it out, performing with their mentors. Akwadaa Nyame came with Akwaboah and at this point he was unstoppable. There were also performances from winner of 2020 Mentor, Kwaku Bany, Mr Drew as well as winner of Mentor Reloaded winner, Optional King.
