Listeners of Asaase Radio 99.5 are in for exciting afternoons, beginning Monday, June 15, 2020, as Elvis Crystal launches the station’s late afternoon show, ‘Rush hour’.
From 2pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday, the vivacious presenter is poised to rule the capital’s drive time airwaves, with refreshing music, discussing popular discourses, delivering traffic reports and interviews with celebrities and more.
After excelling and carving a niche for himself with his captivating on-air personality at Atlantis Radio, Radio XYZ and Pluzz FM, Elvis Crystal says he is prepared for the next level, hosting ‘Rush Hour’, the weekday drive time show on the multimedia station with a Pan-Africanist focus.
The show is artfully designed to entertain, educate and inform listeners with rich socio-cultural issues, combined with good music from Africa and other parts of the world.
“It’s been quite an exciting and rewarding journey, considering all the great moments I had with my listeners over the period. I hope to make the afternoons even better for my audience. The management have sold me their vision for the radio and I am determined to thrill our listeners with the bouquet of exhilarating content we have to serve. I urge everyone to make a date with me”, Elvis Crystal states.
The dynamic presenter does not only have a sleek, captivating voice, but also the gift of sustaining listeners with his urban on-air style, flair, dexterity, humour, wit and a good slap of analytical outlook on newsy social issues.
