Accra, Ghana – October 2, 2024 – In commemoration of the International Day for Older Persons, renowned Ghanaian newscaster and social program host, Akosua Agyeiwaa High Tension, through her charitable organization, The High Tension Foundation, paid a heartwarming visit to the Weija Leprosarium yesterday. The gesture was aimed at bringing joy and support to the elderly residents of the facility.

 

Akosua Agyeiwaa High Tension, known for her compassion and commitment to social causes, led a team from The High Tension Foundation to donate essential items to the leprosarium. The donation included food, clothing, toiletries, and other necessities, reflecting the foundation’s dedication to improving the lives of vulnerable communities.
