Ghanaian music star Black Sherif has earned a nomination for the prestigious Best International Act category at the 2025 BET Awards. This marks his first-ever nomination in this category, a significant milestone in his rapidly growing international career. Black Sherif’s nomination comes off the back of his successful global hits like “Second Sermon” and “Kwaku The Traveller.”

 

The 2025 BET Awards will feature a competitive lineup, with Black Sherif competing alongside other international music heavyweights such as Tyla (South Africa), Rema and Ayra Starr (Nigeria), Any Gabrielly (Brazil), Basky (UK), Uncle Waffles (Eswatini), Ezra Collective (UK), Joé Dwèt Filé (France), MC Luanna (Brazil), and SDM (France).
