Livingstone Etse Satekla, a multiple award-winning Ghanaian Reggae/Ragga & Dancehall recording and performing artiste, known for his musicianship as, Stonebwoy has extended a heart full of gratitude to Legendary Ghanaian Reggae pioneer, Blakk Rasta for nurturing and elevating his talent to cross boundaries.
According to the Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O) of Burniton Music Group (BMG), Blakk Rasta’s enormous and selfless coaching has raised his craft and showmanship to a more important and impressive level. He made these assertions in tweet sighted by www.gbafrica.net’s Entertainment Journalist, Gerrard-Israel.
Highlighting the countless teachings he received from the Blakk Rasta, the 2015 Black Entertainment Tv (BET) Best International Act award winner revealed that, the Reggae Artiste coached him on how to play live music which is an essential part of community life and gives many people an opportunity to create, perform and play their music and earn a sufficient income for their passion and creativity.
The Owner of newly outdoor-ed Big Boss Energy Drink revealed that, Blakk Rasta defied all odds to find a slot on various media platforms, including traditional media house; Happy FM, The ShockerBox Jingle, Bullet Man Show (in Tema Community), for him to showcase his craft to the world and got a feature on 3 recorded tunes owned by the latter while he was still a teenager enrolled in a Senior High School.
Livingstone Etse Satekla affirmed his unflinching solidarity to Black Rasta for practically playing a pivotal role and contributing to the success of his career.
Music enthusiasts and Bhim Nation fans are yet to witness another great album from Dancehall act, Stonebwoy as he’s all geared up to release his 5th studio album slated for 20th February, 2020. Though less details about the project has been disseminated into the public space, Stonebwoy has good track record which makes his yet to be released body of potential chart topping project.
However, released on December 12, 2017; the Epistles of Mama was dedicated to Satekla’s late mother by name Mrs Catherine Lucy Aku Ametepi Satekla. The 24 track album features Sean Paul, King Promise, Burna Boy. The album peaked at Number thirteen (13) on Billboard chart top 200 albums worldwide. In 2018 ‘Epistles Of Mama (EOM)’ was rated the second-best album in the world according to reggaeville. The Album was honoured by YouTube for hitting over 10 million views.
