Congratulations to prolific Ghanaian-British business and technology executive cum author Lucy Quist for her new appointment as Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for Technology & Operations at Morgan Stanley, an American multinational investment bank and financial services company.
Through her office of competence and expert at what she does, she has been able to build a high profile name for herself in the world of business and technology in addition to working with giant companies like Ford Motor Company, Royal Bank of Scotland, FIFA, just to mention a few. It’s no surprise her technical-know, intellect, passion, commitment, team work, can do spirit, positive attitude to work and leadership skills enticed the multinational company to level up her already existing pedigree.
As a feminist who seeks be a beacon of hope for every woman to know the importance of living with purpose and injecting the can do spirit in them, has mounted on public speaking platforms like Mobile World Congress, Hogan Lovells African Forum 2017, Pan African Women Forum, TEDxEuston, Wharton Africa Business Forum, the Sanford C. Bernstein Center for Leadership and Ethics Conference at Columbia Business School and the African Development Investment Convention to empower both men and women. In case you did’t know, she was the first Ghanaian woman CEO in the telecommunications industry.
