Ghana Rugby Team announces its 7s ahead of RAC Pre-World Cup Qualifier Competition

Ghana Rugby announce its 7s training for both men and women ahead of 7s RAC Pre World Cup Qualifier Competition at the El – Wak Sports Stadium on the 26 July, 2021. Schedules will be given for fitness, core strength, theoretical and matches to those who wish to be considered.

It should be remembered that The Ghana Eagles Men and Women are the current holders of the Africa Cup 7s Challenge Trophy (The ladies won in Tunis and the men in Johannesburg)

Eligible players across the country are all invited.
Criteria for qualification into the final squad are as follows;
a. Punctuality / Consistency
b. Hard work
c. Good attitude
c. Talent (speciality) etc

Training Days and time
Mondays – 6:30am – 9am
Tuesdays – 6:30am – 9am
Wednesdays- No training
Thursdays- 6:30am – 9am
Fridays – 6:30am – 9am
