Written by Ghost, the single serves as a spiritual re-commitment and shows that inspirational message music  transcends time and genre. After all, scriptures show us that music was a common part of worship, and that we should show our praise through song. Psalm 95:1 “Oh come, let us sing to the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation!” is just one of many bible verses that expresses these sentiments.

Speaking on his heartfelt musical offering, the renowned and celebrated singer explains his motivation for “Humbly Before Thee .” “I know that there is a Creator in the world that created everything. That Creator is in everyone. There is a light that shines inside of everyone, good and evil. We are nothing without him and if we could just seek that light of goodness inside of us, the world will be in a better place.”

 Ghost continues, “ I wrote this song two years ago but it is relevant to what is going on right now with this pandemic. I am urging the world to seek the light within ourselves and let us humble ourselves to the Creator. We need him to help solve all this chaos. So, let us unite and make the world a better place.”
