According to the ‘Bo me Nantew’ hitmaker, who also doubles as a staff of Social Security and National Insurance Trust – SSNIT, the benefits of social security contributions for future eventualities especially during their pensions must be taken seriously by musicians as well as other industry players.

He further explained that social security contributions are deducted from basic salaries and not gross, and therefore cautioned workers to always ensure that, their contributions are deducted in accordance with their contracted basic salaries.
