Musician David Ayuba known in showbiz as Pzeefire in an exclusive interview with beeniewords.com said his concentration is on being a Musician and not a trending Artist or entertainer.
Trends come and go but real Musicians live beyond Trends and that’s what I believe in.
Why should my music be limited to Tiktok and when they switch to a different Trend my music goes off?
I’m not against promoting your music on tiktok trust me Tiktok is envoge and gives you a wider reach and audience but I believe a professional musician should look beyond Tiktok and work with all the necessary promotional tools including traditional media, DJs, Bloggers, on-line Marketers etc to make one an established Musician.
Even here in Ghana all your serious musicians that are playing festivals around the world are not seen on tiktok daily I mean the Wiyaala”s and the rest.
Tell me the last time you saw your Grammy Nominee Rocky Dawuni on Tiktok yet he is playing across the globe.
The Burnaboy, Wizkid, Shatta, Sark and the rest did not get here overnight it took hard work and perseverance to get to this stage so as an Artist learn to use the right way instead of always looking for shortcuts.
Would you prefer to be a trending Artist who can’t play professional gigs or you’ll like to be a musician who will go through the process in order to play globally?
Trends come and Go but Real Musicians Stay as the Trends Go.
Pzeefire is expected to release his second single “CRAZY TRIPS” this year after his signing with notjustok and he says he’ll use tiktok, Instagram Facebook etc and traditional media to push it to his audience.
