Kwaw Kese not happy Popcaan smokes openly in Ghana, questions Ghana Police Service

Madtime Entertainment’s front liner Kwaw Kese has shared the sentiments of a fan who appears not to be happy about how Jamaican reggae dancehall superstar Popcaan smokes openly in public (Ghana). In the presence of Ghana Police Service, as if there are no laws governing the country. He went ahead to question authorities if foreigners are allowed to break the laws of the country and go free.

The “Dondo” hit maker shared the post made by his fan and captioned it “Discuss”.

Meanwhile, the rapper was arrested and detained few years back in Kumasi for smoking marijuana in public. As a victim of such an activity labeled as an offense, he doesn’t understand why the laws doesn’t seem to work.
