Popcaan responds to Kwaw Kese’s smoking comment in a matured tone

Barely some few minutes after Kwaw Kese reposted the video of Popcaan smoking freely in the presence of men from Ghana Police Service, the Unruly boss quickly reacted to the trending video in a heart calming and matured tone.

Stating categorically he’s not a foreigner but comes from Africa. And also asserted, a meeting with the government to legalize marijuana is the way forward.
