Bishop Kwabena Asiamah popularly known as Prophet Ajagurajah has confirmed a social media story shared by a lady on Facebook, claiming her dead mother sent her 14,000 cedis via MOMO recently.
His remarks comes as some section of the Ghanaian public continue to debate whether the bizzare story shared by online marketer, Naa Adoley Jeffanet sparked uproar with many accusing her of making up the story for publicity.
Speaking to Nana Lyon, host of Drive with the Area Gang on Pluzz FM on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, Naa Dorley mentioned that although she was not a Christian, she was a member of the Ajagurajah’s Society and added that her spiritual father, Prophet Ajagurajah was aware of the story, as people pointed out some inconsistencies in the post on her Facebook page and her narration on air.
Nana Lyon then called the prophet on the phone who then backed Naa Adoley’s story by saying, “I received a call from a guy that someone had left the phone in a car and asked if I knew the number… I then realized it was Naa Adoley’snumber and I said yes I know her, so he should bring the phone to where I am…I had no idea he was a thief…I thought it was a good samaritanwho had found the phone in a car and wants to return it to the owner….so I told him I’ll pay for any expenses and that he should charter a taxi and bring the phone to me at koforidua and he agreed…
The prophet added that, the thief said he had gotten in touch with the owner (Naa Adoley), so he later had a call from his daughter confirming that she had received her two phones.
Reacting to the critics of Naa Adoley, Prophet Ajagurajah stated that nobody can take what belongs to an Ajagurajah member and go scot free since it’s a society and the Ajagurajahspeaks and works for his members in spirit.
