Simbisa launches RoadHouse Drive-in Service at PizzaInn and ChickenInn

A new innovation that ensures effortless serving of customers at leading eateries Pizza Inn and Chicken Inn, has been launched in Accra.
The Pig Farm branch of both PizzaInn and ChickenInn has started the Road House initiative, where customers get the option of being served while waiting in their cars.
Offering a refreshing alternative to service delivery, it comes at a time when public spaces are saddled with how to effectively manage crowds.
A low-touch concept, customers can either eat in their cars or take away. Orders can be made via a QR Code menu scan, which displays product information.
Speaking on the initiative, Morne Deetlefs, who is the Country Manager of Simbisa Ghana, operators of PizzaInn and ChickenInn, said it is a response to the needs of customers.
“We prioritize the needs of our customers. This is one of the ways we get to be innovative about customer service.”
He added that “with what is happening in the world now, it has become important that as a business we continuously lookout for ways to serve our customers while protecting their health and safety.”
Explaining the Road House concept, he said “when customers come to our Pig Farm branch, they get to sit in their cars while we take their orders and serve them. While they wait, we offer great entertainment on our giant screens; they can also listen to music by tuning to 107.5 in their cars.”
The feedback he said has been good, adding they are encouraged to continue running the concept in the coming years.
Simbisa has been operating in Ghana for more than 10 years. The company operates various brands that complement each other.
Some of its leading brands include Chicken Inn, Pizza Inn, Creamy Inn, Galito’s.
Over the past decade, the company has maintained enormous consistency and quality that endears them to its consumers, ensuring that it continues to be a market leader offering world-class standards.
