 In 2014, she was featured on BET’s season finale of “Apollo Live” where judges Gladys Knight, Doug E Fresh and Michael Bivens all searched for words to describe how much they enjoyed her performance and struggled to compare her unique sound to any other. 

From that experience Whitney catapulted onto the Indie Music scene contributing to the 2014 independent release titled “Indie Soul United 2” which reached the #2 spot on the U.K. Soul Chart!
