January 20, 2025 – Kingston, Jamaica – The wait is almost over! I-WayneMunga Honourable, and Tanya Stephens have been revealed as the first headliners for the 2025 Essence of Reggae Music Festival, set to ignite the Ranny Williams Entertainment Center in Kingston on February 1. Known for his soul-stirring performances and timeless hits like Living in Love and Lava Ground, I-Wayne is poised to deliver a show-stopping set that will resonate deeply with reggae lovers. This marks the third installment of the festival, conceptualized by Grammy-winning producer and businessman Comar “Frankie” Campbell of Frankie Music“People expect something bigger and better with each staging, and we intend to oblige,” Campbell said last year—a promise the 2025 lineup is already fulfilling. Tanya Stephens, celebrated for her thought-provoking lyrics and commanding stage presence, and Munga Honourable, known for hits like Bad From Mi Born, will join I-Wayne in delivering an unforgettable night of reggae and dancehall brilliance.
