Auditions for Miss Dumba 2022 kick off at Wa Naa’s Palace — SEE PHOTOS

 

Pelbip event in collaboration with the over lord of the Waala Traditional area Wa Naa Fuseini Seidu Pelpuo IV Present Miss Dumba 2022 which seeks to promote and protect our culture through beauty pageant sponsored by Adonko Next Level and media partnership with xpressghonline.com, promoting beauty and development through our culture and is open to ladies across the region between 18 to 28 years old among the eleven (11) districts in the Upper West Region.

 

This competition consists of 12 contestants who pass through the audition on the 30th day of July 2022. Audition ceremony was held at the Wa Naa’s Palace with several young women taking part.

 

Several young women traveled from far and near to take part in Miss Dumba 2022 auditions with hopes to get selected and eventually win Miss Dumba 2022 title.

 

Pelbip event, organisers of the pageant are seeking to crown a queen who will not only represent upper west at the Miss Ghana pageant. The queen, therefore, is expected to be beautiful, intelligent, hardworking, disciplined and also committed to serving the people of upper west region culture and be young.

 

Some of the ladies exhibited a high level of understanding in answering questions by judges while others demonstrated their talents in singing, dancing and among others. The majority of the ladies were articulate in their views about the Miss Dumba pageant.

But it wasn’t all happy for some of the ladies as there were moments when they could not express themselves or answer questions properly because they were tensed.
