bigBen reintroduces himself into the music world with ‘Swings N Blu3s’ EP

Heavily rooted in Afro-Swing, a genre the globe has witnessed acts like Burna Boy and other great African music exports are proudly championing, Harmony Records signee bigBen has officially released his second EP, it’s titled ‘Swings N Blu3s’. The artist’s impression of the 6 track project is to showcase the soulful and Afrocentric part of bigBen. He hopes to achieve success and kick start a full-time music career because he believes he has what it takes.

The majority of the songs on this project ignite a sense of calmness in the listener, yet still, launch some sort of emotional avalanche within their body causing the mind to race at a logical pace. Generally, ”Swings N Blu3s’ is constitute evidence of the multidimensionality of bigBen’s music from fusing soul-like highlife music, to rather raw acoustic blues. In a nutshell, it expresses the emotions that come with his kind of music. The project is designed to suit every kind of listener: both young and old.
The main focus of this project is to re-introduce his talent to the music world. He has been away for a while due to his double master’s program that he has been running. He hopes to breathe a new air of vigour, vitality, and creativity into his craft to feed his lovely fans with lovely vibes. Whereas the vision of the project is to cut deep into the souls of music lovers as he hopes it would be a project he’ll always be proud and grateful for.
