In an email to GFA acknowledging them, Mr. Ofori wrote to Lilli Gretemeier of the GFA alliance: “I am so privileged and honored by the opportunity and attention your prestigious entity has given my work, it provides much-needed encouragement to keep going on despite the limitations seen in these trying times… I am re-energized and will keep pushing on, greetings to all in Germany for showing such great love. I will soon come to visit you all.

GEMEINSAM FÜR AFRIKA (GFA) which in English means ‘TOGETHER FOR AFRICA‘ has been pooling its resources over the years to paint a realistic picture of the African continent in the German public, including its potential and strengths. We deem it highly important to correctly tell Africa’s beautiful stories for they are all not about wars and poverty,” Mr. Ofori said, “we are therefore gladdened by any source that seeks to project Africa positively and above all truthfully. To all out there doing their little bit to project the image of Africa we say keep pushing for you never know whose lives you are affecting or who is watching,” he concluded.
