Hunger motivated me to write sensible songs – Lasmid

The multi talented artist and the Friday night hitmaker Lasmid has disclosed that it was hunger that inspires him to write good songs.
Lasmisd after winning the MTN hit maker has battled with hunger that motivates him to write good songs that can inspire people in order for him to get attention.
He has done a couple of songs that talks about how he struggles to get money  to feed home but find it difficult to access his needs.
In his song sika, he mentioned how he used to eat “ gari and sugar” at dawn due to lack of money to afford nutritious food.
Living in Takoradi where he hails from,the street is occupied and nothing is there for him to depend on for survival
“There is hardship in Ghana’s music industry, but the way I behave, you will not know what I am going through and this hunger that pushes me to write good songs so that I can inspire people who are in the same situation with me” he said.
He disclosed this in an interview with MultiCDB.
