“I hold files that can defame people in Ghana football ecosystem” — Kurt Okraku
The GFA Statutes provides that “Congress shall meet in an Ordinary Session once every football season, usually before the commencement of said season”.
In compliance with Article 31 (3) of the GFA Statutes 2019, the formal Convocation of Congress shall be made in writing and circulated to the Members of GFA at least seven (7) days before the stipulated date of the meeting of Congress.
This year they took the 29th Ordinary congress to KNUST hall on Monday, July 10th, 2023. The President of the FA spoke on a lot of topics concerning football in Ghana.
Kurt made some allegations after he was petitioned to answer 5 questions at world governing body FIFA.
Below is what he said;
“By virtue of where I sit, I hold files that can defame and malign people in Ghana football ecosystem. But I would not do that!”
The President of the Ghana Football Association also made available of Activity Report, the Financial Statements and the Auditors’ Report and any other benefits clubs will get in the new season.
He spoke about a lot more other things but the above was one of his key highlights making the news.
