I’m sorry for calling Mzbel ‘former artiste’ – Abeiku Santana apologizes

Ace Ghanaian Radio Presenter, Abeiku Santana, has dropped an apology for Veteran Hiplife Singer, Mzbel.

Abeiku Santana posted the apology with a photo of the Singer via his Facebook page in the early hours of Friday, October 28, 2022.

Earlier this week, a video popped up on various social media platforms where Abeiku Santana addressed Mzbel as a “Former Artiste” during an interview he had with Chief One, fast rising Afrobeats/Hiphop Artiste who broke into mainstream this year 2022. During the interview, Abeiku asked Chief One which Artiste he would love to feature or collaborate with; Chief One mentioned Mzbel as the top of his choices, and in what seemed as a ‘surprise’ to Abeiku, he asked why Chief One would opt for Mzbel (former artiste), and not any current/buzzing artiste or even his contemporaries.

The name tag Abeiku gave Mzbel didn’t seem to go down well with the Singer and many folks across social media. Abeiku was heavily ‘scolded’ online for days, until he came to apologize for the ‘slip’.

Below is an except from that interview, and a current video by Chief One. Drop your thoughts after watching!
