Jay Ghartey drops touching tribute to late father with comeback song “Kweku” – WATCH VIDEO

What a good strategy to bounce back!

Jay Ghartey bounces back with his latest record titled “Kweku”. Don’t be confused about the title already, I took the pain to make my research about why the song was titled that way and it was quite swooning the reasons given for picking such a title.

Jay Ghartey who was born on a Wednesday decides to drop the song on a Wednesday too. Not only that, but his Dad was also born on a Wednesday too, hence the power in “Kweku” best fits the comeback. But a more STRONGER REASON for this concept is to celebrate his Father, who passed one few years ago. Certainly a very good way to celebrate the memory of his lost Dad and extending legacy through music.

In the lyrics of the song, he eulogizes his Dad and highlights Dad’s words of motivation that has nurtured his music journey to this point. Song was produced by Dugud and the official video was shot for it by Gyo Gyimah of Phamous Philms.
