Obrefour is a Ghanaian dialect (twi word) that means a Hustler. Darko Joshua known by stage name Quame Rhymz, pour his heart out on a collaborative record with Old Swat.

The song talks about his daily struggles. Things people go through to put food on their table. How a must it is for the hustler to sail through regardless the storm that comes their way.
