Prince K celebrates African Women on New Afrobeats Single titled “Mabena” 

Belgium Based Ghanaian Artiste “Prince K” has decided to celebrate all African women with his new afrobeats single called “Mabena”. The single is Inspired by the beautiful tradition of Ghana, where every girl born on a Tuesday is bestowed with the name “Mabena,” this track celebrates the strength, beauty, and resilience of Ghanaian and African women everywhere. The song is made to honor the feminine energies of Ghana and uplift the incredible women who carry the legacy of their heritage.

 

Prince K conceived the idea for the single after an encounter with a friend on tiktok who spoke extensively on the impact of African women on the continent and that motivated him to produce the song in his personal studio. The visuals of the song was shot in Ghana showcasing the beautiful atmosphere and nature of the country.

 

He hopes to penetrate the Ghana music scene with this single and contribute his quota to the industry. He also appreciates the works of Rough Town records and wishes to connect with them for future projects and possible feature with Wendy Shay.

 

Prince Kay is a versatile Artiste who has worked with some top Belgium Artistes as a group called “ Sabena”before becoming a Solo Artiste and experimenting with R&B hip-hop and afrobeeats. He is currently working on his third studio Album which is titled” my intuition“ which will include this current single “Mabena Mina” and many other classic songs.

 

Football was the passion that brought him to Europe but his desire to pursue music since childhood never stopped burning which lead him to start a career in music.His motivation and drive for music stems from his love for the art and wishes to extend support to other Artistes from Ghana on his label.

Prince Kay wants all music lovers in Ghana and beyond to appreciate his works and support his craft to help spread the good message of Ghana as the gateway of Africa to the World.
