She’s enthusiastic, beautiful, energetic, creative, levelheaded, mechanically/technically sound, highly skilled, and broadminded second-generation American female plus-size rapper/hip-hop act and, antibody shaming advocate.
She goes by the name Mo Nicole, the type of musician who can revive the sleeping giant lying within. She was raised in Wilmington, DE (USA). For some mysterious reasons, she took an immediate interest in king of pop music of Michael Jackson and Notorious BIG at a very young age. She was born into a music family, her mum was a lyrical genius hence she was exposed to music even before she was born. As the only child to her parents, music, specifically, hip-hop, became her escape from the cold world surroundings of Riverside Projects.

The level of comfort she had listening to music at a tender age fueled her willpower to envision herself as an artist. As young as 10 years old, she was opportune to be groomed where she learned how to write verses and flow. Her rap/rhyme style was further nurtured by her mum who was musically known as “Butta”. Butta was a well-known lyricist of her time.
Tapping inspiration from Michael Jackson and Notorious BIG, she is in a category of her own. She has brought a much-needed dose of pure originality, style, message, and storytelling abilities to hip hop. As an antibody shaming activist, she has opened a whole possibility for plus-size women to freely be themselves, confident in their own skin, embrace their flows and go for what they want devoid of what the world throws at them.
“MO”, as her friends and family affectionately call her, has been rapping for over 10 years. She has performed for COAST TO COAST MIXTAPES, THE RISE OF EVE, headlined multiple showcases and events. Her much-anticipated debut EP “Butta’s Baby” was released in December 2020. She is currently promoting her latest single ‘Friends’.
