Women need wisdom to succeed in marriage — Lady Rita

Ghanaian German based gospel songwriter and singer, Lady Rita has shared some interesting golden nuggets that propels women to succeed in marriage. She confidently believes that women need wisdom to succeed in everything they do including marriage.

She shared this golden nugget on Accra based Atinka Fm when she appeared on a show hosted by Nana Owoahene Acheampong to promote her newly released single which is available on all digital music stores across the globe.

Responding to a question on how she manages her home as a married woman with children and as a musician with other side jobs, she said that women need to be extremely intelligent to combine all that and succeed in them.

According to her, wisdom helps women to overcome every challenge they encounter in their marriages, workplaces and even the process of raising their children. She believes that without wisdom, women cannot be submissive, they will struggle to raise children in the ways of the Lord and even contribute less to the success of his husband.

She supported her statement with a portion of the christians holy book — Proverbs 24:3-4. It says that wisdom, understanding and knowledge are essential for building and maintaining a house, a family, or an estate. This scripture emphasizes on why it is important that people who comes together to build and maintain homes must have wisdom.

She holds the view that many women are struggling in their marriages, their opinions are many times misconstrued, many have their children gone wayward and losing big time in their business etc.

She therefore called on women to remain focused on the supreme being who is the sole giver of wisdom and all the good things in the world.

Lady Rita is the wife of Reverend Prince William Anthony Opoku — leader and founder of Word Transform Ministry
